What is an e-book?

An e-book is an electronic book that can be read on a computer screen, or printed out to paper.

An e-book comes in the form of simple programs that you can download and store on your PC.

An e-book can be delivered in an instant and at no cost (via direct download from the Internet or as an attachment to an email message).

How do I download and read your e-books?

Click the download link for the e-book. This will launch the Windows 'Save as...' dialog box. Select a folder (directory) on your PC to save the e-book in (e.g. My Documents). Once the e-book is downloaded, open the folder where you saved the e-book and double-click the icon to start reading.

What do I do if I get an error message when I try to open it?

A common problem is that some 'interference' or interruption during the download can cause an e-book file to become corrupted. The only way to solve this problem is to download the e-book again.

If the e-book appears to download instantly -- or in just a few seconds -- this is because Windows is calling upon the previously downloaded version which is stored in your 'Temporary Internet Files'. To ensure that you're getting a 'fresh' download, go to C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files and delete the previously downloaded version that's stored in that folder. If you're still experiencing difficulties, you may need to reboot your PC and try downloading again.

If none of this helps solve the problem, please contact us and we'll send you a copy of the e-book directly by email. You must be able to accept attached email files to use this option. If you can't accept attached email files, contact us anyway, and we'll work with you to find a solution. We are always there to help you.

Is it safe to order with my credit card?

Yes. We use PayPal (a highly respected third-party billing processor) to handle all credit-card payments. PayPal has extensive anti-fraud measures in place that guarantee the complete security of every transaction.

Can I order from anywhere in the world?

Yes. We use PayPal to accept credit-card payment from Internet users worldwide. You can download the e-book(s) from anywhere.

How are e-books delivered?

Once your secure payment has been authorized (which typically takes a few seconds), you'll be re-directed to a private web page where your e-book will be ready for immediate download.

To begin downloading, simply click the download link(s). Once the download has finished, simply go to the folder where you saved it, and double-click the icon to open the book.
